INJECTION MOULDING

Injection moulding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten plastic material into a mold. Injection moulding can be performed with a host of polymer materials including elastomers but most commonly used for thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers. Material for the part is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mold cavity where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity. Moulds are usually made of either steel or aluminum and precision-machined using CNC Machines to form the features of the desired part. We have injection moulding machines with a capacity ranging from 35Ton to 250Ton and we can make components upto a weight of 800gms.
