Our Journey

The company was founded in the year 1987 by Mr. G. N. Doss (M.Sc., Dipl. M. Inst. of Pkg. (London)). Mr Doss who is qualified from abroad and has worked in institutes and industries for well over 20 years before starting his own unit. As a technocrat he has been continuously upgrading the activities of the plant, both in terms of technology and the ability to cater to large volumes. As a result of this the company has been a market leader in terms of innovation and the same can be gauged by the variety of its domestic and multi-national clients.

Over the years some of Mr Doss’ family members and other professionals have joined the company and this has helped the company to take its operation to the next level in terms of product range, volume and variety apart from establishing its identity as a true corporate entity. Other members of Mr. Doss’ family who are technically competent and also possess sound management skills are working as directors in the company.

The company currently operates out of its 30,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility located in Bangalore, India. A variety of machinery ranging from small manual machines to hi-speed automatic machines are used to cater to client’s specific requirements. Tooling is done using our in-house CAD / CAM facilities and on CNC machines. This ensures that all our products have perfect finish and contours. Well qualified professionals assist the clients during every stage of the product life cycle and ensure absolute satisfaction.

Corporate Profile

Mr. G.N. Doss is the Chairman & Managing Director of Visu Poly Products Pvt Ltd. He founded the company in the year 1987.

Before founding Visu Poly Products Pvt Ltd, Mr. Doss worked as a Manager (Plastics & Packaging) in Wiltech India Ltd., Mysore from 1982–87 and as the Deputy Director in the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) from 1977-82

Mr. Doss is currently looking after the overall functioning of the company including day-to-day work, technical modalities, design and development of various products. He is also actively involved in the activities of Thermoformers Association of Karnataka and All India Plastic Manufacturers Association (AIPMA).

Mr. Doss has a Masters Degree in Science (M.Sc) from the University of Madras. Besides this he has specialized diploma in the field of packaging from U.K (Diploma M. Inst. of Pkg., London)

Mrs. Sarala Das is a Director (HR & Admin) at Visu Poly Products Pvt. Ltd. Mrs. Das has been involved with Visu Poly Products since 1990 in various roles.

Mrs. Das is currently involved in managing all Human Resources (HR), Payroll and Admin responsibilities at Visu Poly Products Pvt Ltd.

Mrs. Das has Bachelors Degree in Science (B.Sc) from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Mr. Sunil Das is a Director (Operations & Finance) at Visu Poly Products Pvt. Ltd and has been actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company since 2005

He started his career as a Business Analyst for Deutsche Bank AG (Frankfurt, Germany) and worked with them from 1997-2000. He also worked as a Senior Business Analyst for Chubb & Sons (USA) from 2000-2001. He then worked a Business / Financial Analyst for finance, insurance and brokerage companies like Target Asset Management (2001-2003) and Edge Equipment Management (2003-2007).

Mr. Das has an Engineering Degree (B.E) in Electronics & Communication from Bangalore University. He has also done various courses in Finance, Brokerage, Management and Plastics Technology.

Mr. Vivek Das is a Director (Marketing) at Visu Poly Products Pvt. Ltd and has been actively involved with the company since 2006.

Previously to joining Visu Poly Products, Mr Das worked in Bharti Airtel Ltd, ITC Infotech and Dell Computers in various roles for the period from 2002 to 2006

Mr. Das has a Bachelors Degree in Commerce (BCom) from Mysore University.
