VACUUM FORMING

Vacuum forming is a simplified version of thermoforming, whereby a sheet of plastic is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto or into a single-surface mold, and held against the mold by applying a vacuum between the mold surface and the sheet. We have a variety of vacuum forming machines ranging from manual to semi-automatic to fully automatic. This range of machines helps to cater to any of our client requirements in terms of both size and volume. Vacuum-formed components can be used in place of complex fabricated sheet metal, fiberglass or plastic injection molded components.
