As Plastics technology has improved over the years, the use of plastics in automobiles has increased manifold. Use of plastics has helped decrease the weight, improve fuel efficiency and improve aesthetics of automobiles. Since conventional injection moulded items are expensive in terms of mould cost and turn-around time, thick-sheet vacuum forming has emerged as a low-cost alternative. We have a lot of expertise in this type of forming of auto components. Since we do end-to-end conversion we are able to manufacture the sheets and do the forming at our end at the most economic rates and with the shortest turn-around time possible. Most of the components are made of ABS, HDPE or Polypropylene. We manufacture components for cars, buses, trucks, boats, construction equipment machinery, etc.
